The completion of our inaugural 3 cubicle Modular building marks a significant milestone for our organization, especially as it is the first of its kind in South Australia. This structure has been meticulously designed to comply with Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) standards, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all individuals.

In response to the specific requirements outlined, our focus was on delivering a cost-effective, robust facility within a tight timeline, with the goal of installation before the end of the financial year (EOFY). The project demanded a careful balance of efficiency, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards, making it a testament to our commitment to meeting client needs.

One notable adaptation to the project was the substitution of steel members with aluminium throughout the construction. This decision was prompted by the coastal environment in which the building is situated. The corrosive nature of coastal air and the potential for accelerated deterioration of steel components led us to choose aluminium, a corrosion-resistant material. This strategic shift not only enhances the durability of the structure but also underscores our dedication to sustainable and resilient construction practices.
